Computer not saving Activation Key

It was necessary to re-install Windows XP Professional.
Activated over the phone, re-booted and activation did
not register. Reactivated several times on-line, and
after re-booting activation did not save. Help!

More than likely you have some piece of hardware that is failing. PA
doesn't like that.
