Computer loses its account in AD

I have a 2000 member server that seems to lose it place
in the domain whenever I reboot the domain controller or
after a few months. It does not always lose its account
at reboot but its the only only that this happens. All
2000 Servers AD. There is not a firewall on this machine.
Also I will put the computer on a workgroup then put back
on the domain and it doesn't show up in Active Directory
Users and Computers. It does show up in DNS though.I have
searched through articles but after reading them was
unsure of what to do.

Errors 5788, 5789, 3210, 1000

The coputers must syncronize their password with the domain.

yo can probe this:

net dom reset <computer> /domain:domain

After this, launch an ipconfig /registerdns and wait 15 min...

If this not work properly, you must do that you say
