computer locking.

Hello there. I have a problem with my computer being locked on each logon.
When I turn on my computer, a dialog appears and tells me "the computer is
locked.... Only administrator or chadi\chadi can unlock it. I don't have the
login screen, but settings in "user accounts" are correctly set to show the
login screen...
The same thing happens if I want to switch users...

I hope you can help me.

I *think* a tweak program (called TuneUp) caused this problem, but I am not
sure.

Uninstal the suspect program then do a system restore

I already did uninstalled TuneUp, but I have disabled system restore.
Again, I do not think TuneUp is the problem.. my friends use it and
everything looks ok.
