Computer keeps shutting itself off.

My computer keeps shutting off after a couple of minutes or less.
What can be the problem? MB, CPU, PS, or memory?
I have Abit AA8-Duramax, P4 3G, and Kingston DDR2 512MB on my
system. I had it running for a week, but it died when I tried to
kill
a program. The computer shut off and when I turned it back on it
showed a POST code of 9.3 De-assert CPU core voltage. I replaced
the power supply and am not having the current auto-shutdown problem.

Thanks for all the replies. Figured out the problem after forking
over $100 for a new PSU (Antec NeoPower ATX12V) at CompUSA.
I didn't have the correct PSU in the first place and really stick the
CPU
fan to the CPU.

However, the fan that came with the retail box is really noisy!!!
Is this normal, even at 0-5% CPU usage? I would think it should
be quiet under normal/no use. Any recommendations for a
replacement CPU fan for LGA processors?
