Hello there

my aunty phoned me up this morning asking for help,

firstly i should tell you that she downloaded windows sp
2 yesturday and left it running while she went out (she
has broadband)

now today, after turning the computer off it keeps
restarting. it restarts, after when the computer has
loaded and you select a user account to log onto, then
when that is partly loaded it restarts.

any suggestions as to what may be causing this and how i
could solve her problem?

thanks a lot

I had the same problem and the only way I got it to work was to turn off my
EZArmor firewall and use the Windows firewall. I have two other computers
that I am able to use the EZ firewall but for some reason one won't. weird.
