computer keeps rebooting

I am using windows xp everytime my computer boots up and
the gui appears an error comes up on the screen
c:\windows\system32\isass.exe terminated unexpectidly with
status code 1073741676. the sysem will shutdown and
restart.

please can any one help

This is a virus. Boot with an AntiVirus program with updated virus
definitions to clean.
