This one pc on the network is pingable, can RDP into other machines, but I
can't RDP into it. All the settings under the Remote Tab in System
Properties are checked off to allow Remote access and the machine is fully up
to date including SP2. Does anyone have any suggestions?

"... including SP2 ..."
I love when people point this out now. *grin*
SP2 plus the 80+ post-sp2 patches would be better to say. ;-)

You never said what you mean by "cannot RDP into it"...

Does it not even connect and give you some specific message?
Does it connect and not allow you to logon, gibving you some specific
message?

Are you on the same network as it?
Is there a router involved?
Are the firewall settings set to allow Remote Desktop?

"Pinging" a machine proves ver little these days. Proves *something* is
answering an echo request - but gives very little other information. Just
because you can ping something means little to the other protocols and ports
that it might/might not be utilizing. ;-)

Does the user ID have a password? You can't RDP to a machine
that has a blank password.

Try specifying the remote host's IP address instead of its IP name. You
might have an DNS resolve issue that using the IP address would
circumvent.
