computer is locked

when i am on the internet or downloading i keep getting
this pop up .microsoft xp home edition tha this computer
is locked and only the administrator or jeannine or norman
landriault can unlock by putting the password and
clickinkg o.k .i jeannine am the only one on the computer
and is getting annoying,is there any way to unlock my
computer.hope someone can help me.yours truly jeannine
landriault
