Unfortunately, I can't be bothered to figure out where to send people in

I did (gulp) give him the link to win98.gen_discussion on the web. That's
how he accessed windowsxp.general. For Google groups I just give the
newsgroup name: microsoft.public.win98.gen_discussion.
