computer hangs almost every day at 5.00 am

My computer hangs almost every day at 5.00 am and I don't
know where to start looking, logging, etc...

Anybody can help me in anyway please?

Do you have something scheduled to run in the background at that time?
Check your scheduler. Also hit Ctrl-Alt-Del at that time to see what is
running.
