computer crashed 4 times in 2 days!!!

My computer keeps crashing in the middle of whatever I am
viewing at the time for no reason!!!! Frustrated as I can
see that Im not alone-other people having the same
problems!! I get a message that reads my computer has
recovered from a serious error cause by device driver,
then it asks if I want to send a report to Microsoft and
so I do! But where does that report go?? And the error is
a general error, it cant tell me what device driver had
the problem. Doesnt matter anyway because I wouldn't know
what to do w/o some expert help! I'm not good with the
technical stuff! Please let me know what I can do? I need
to know if I might have a virus or something that keeps
causing it to crash? I havent even had the computer a

The report shows up here with he Watson or OCA team.

Does the failure tell you a filename or what it was that cause the problem?
If it is a device problem, it is usually whatever you last
connected/installed on your computer when the problem began. Were you
accessing/using a device at the time of the failure? Were you doing the same
thing each time the failure happened and what was that thing?

If you can't remember, and without the file name, it'll be a little harder
to track the problem down which will require you disconnect and uninstall
all your peripheral devices first (scanner, printer, etc.) and see if the
problem persists. If it does, then you know it is not a problem with those
devices and you can re-install/connect them to your computer. Next, it could
be a video driver, maybe some kernel driver - who knows - and you will have
to troubleshoot from there.
