That file is not part of Windows XP.

My guess is that it's related to SiteVacuum:
http://www.sitevacuum.com

Hope it helps,

Andrew

You need to tell us when exactly you see an error message and what it is -
verbatim, please!

The file sitevacuumclient.exe belongs to a Browser Add-On from
SiteVacuum.com named BringMeMore. BringMeMore is a browser extension that
detects topics on any web page to enrich your content experience.
BringMeMore offers content from two search engines - one is google, and the
other is Multi-Search that combines results from the web, videos, blogs,
news, wikipedia, images and more. It utilizes advanced search services to
push the website owners content and ads beyond their website boundaries.
It expends their advertising real-estate and attracts users to visit their
website more often.

If you don't have a website and/or have no use for it, uninstall/remove
it.
