Computer continually reboots

I have just upgraded the motherboard and processor on my XP computer. When I try and start the computer it goes through the POST and starts to load Windows and then restarts my computer. A blue screen flashes on the screen so quickly I can't read it. It continues to loop through this process even if I try to get into Windows in safe mode or with the last setup that worked. Does anyone have any suggestions?

You need to repair windows, you have changes significant items and windows
doesn't have the correct configuration.
1.Set you bios to boot from the CD.
2. When you setup starts progress to when setup finds the current
installation.
3. Select repair windows.
4. The rest will be similar to the original installation.
It shouldn't mess up the programs you have installed and all will be
available but you will need to install the updates including SP1.
