Computer clock loosing time

Hello,
the clock on my computer for some reason is loosing time....about 20 minutes
every day.
anyone have any ideas about what the problem may be?

Are you losing time while the computer is running or does it stay the same
while running and only losing time while it's off? If the latter, you need
to replace the battery on the motherboard.
