The time on the computer clock is inconsistent. Does not display the correct
time. Everytime I restart and receiving error on svchost.exe something like
"Cannot Read memory".

Any one knows how to fix these problems?

Perhaps replacing the CMOS battery on the motherboard is the place to
start. Usually a round shiny coin type about the size of a quarter.
Remove power and static ground yourself before playing in the case.

Check the CMOS battery (hardware) on your motherboard...

As for the second error...

- Grab the WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe and install it...
(Save it to your computer, close all open porgrams, run it from where you
saved it.)
http://download.windowsupdate.com/v7/windowsupdate/redist/standalone/WindowsUpdateAgent30-x86.exe

- Reboot

- Grab and install WindowsXP-KB927891-v3-x86-ENU.exe.
(Save it to your computer, close all open porgrams, run it from where you

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/927891

- Reboot

You likely have plain old Windows XP - 32 bit... not x64.
