Hi

The clock of my computer doesn't work any more (count 50s
every minute...)
In there a known virus that can cause that?
Where can it come from?
How to have it working back?

Thanks

Clem

Unless its a motherboard problem it could be a couple things. I've seen
computer lose time if they are being maxed at 100% cpu usage. I've seen
computers lose time if they have a dying motherboard battery. Normally I
install something like Dimension 4 http://www.thinkman.com/dimension4/
Works great with a computer on a cable modem or DSL because you can tell it
sync the clock every 15 minutes or so with an atomic clock. There are
others available to. Some contain spyware. Dimension 4 doesn't and works
with everything from win95 to winxp with no issue for years now.
