Computer automatic reboot

When i start two or tre application es. internet explorer
word and another program and I close thus, my computer
reboot automatically. This problem occour since I have
installed SP4 and most of update from microsoft update
site. Why this?

Right click on My Computer desktop icon. Select Proterties in the menu.
Select the Advanced tab in the window. Click the Startup and Recovery
button. Remove the checkmark from Automatically reboot. Click Ok
twice. You should now be able to see the error message for what is
causing your system to crash.
