computer access permission

permission to use this network resource. Contact the
administrator of this server to find
out if you have access permissions."

I have a wireless connection for two Laptops with XP to
DSL. I have sucssfully created this network and have both
computers viewable in the determined workgroup. One
computer can view the other computer's shared files but
the second computer cannot view the first computer's files
and produces the above message.

I have checked to see if there are any firewalls that need
to be removed and have done so. What else is there to do?
