compressing video file size

You might be able to try a program like Sorenson Squeeze.

Depends on your O/S and not really an Outlook Question. How about WinZip?
Doesn't XP have a built in compression app? Can you right-click on the file
and select compress or zip?

Unless you have software to convert the video to something smaller, you'll
need to use WinZip or Window's compressed folders.

It is very unlikely that you can compress a video to something much
smaller. E-mail is not the tool to exchange large files; use a
file-sharing site instead.
