Composing with bcc as default

When I compose a message I want the bcc field to always be the default so
that when I send to multiple friends all the email addresses aren't displayed
to all of them. The only way I see that I can do it now is going to the
contacts window each time.

While in the compose window, click View, All Headers.
That setting is sticky.
