Compose a New Message

Anytime I compose a new message the window installer window pops up and runs
for 2 min. Has anybody had this problem?
 
Looks like Outlook isn't fully install or there's some sort of installation
issue. Have you tried a Detect & Repair operation from inside of Outlook (on
the Help menu)?
 
I'd try an uninstall then reinstall since it still seems like an installer
issue
