Componentizing applications

Hi all!

Could someone please tell me where I could find rather
advanced help/topics for componentizing apps? Especially
concerning how to set up registry data/branches in
Componet Designer.
I didn´t find enough resources on MSDN.

Even recommended books regarding this would be
appreciated.
