Component for Selecting Users and Groups

Hello, I need to add a user to some of the local security policies in
my XPe image. When I run MMC and open secpol.msc, I can see the
setting I would like to change. When I click on the properties on this
setting it lists current users (Local_machine, Administrators, etc...)
and I have the option to Add a User or Group. When I click the button
nothing happens. I know from my regular XP Pro OS that it should bring
up the dialog box for Selecting Users and Groups, where you can check
the name of the user etc... What component in the Target Designer
allows this feature to operate? I inadvertently had this feature
working on an earlier image build but have since lost the file and
therefore cannot check versus my current image what I had included
that is missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

In case anyone else runs into this problem, you need to add
Administrative Support Tools. Later
