Component Database Manager

I need to locate the Component Database Manager so that I
can install the SLD file for a French language add-in;
where is this located?
 
Wrong Newsgroup, but the Component Database Manager can be found in the
C:\Program Files\Windows Embedded\bin\dbmgr.exe directory.

Post other questions to microsoft.public.windowsxp.embedded
