Complex TOC setup?

I need to create a Complex TOC that shows the page numbers on the right and
at the same time shows the paragraph numbers (i.e. "1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.4
ect...) on the left. How do I tell WORD to also pick up the paragraph numbers
in the TOC together with the Page Numbers? Any help will be appreciated.

Ordinarily a TOC does pick up paragraph numbering. Are the numbers applied
using autonumbered styles?

Yes, the paragraph numbers are setup using autonumbers and the page number
is setup using the page number field. Below are two sample lines of the TOC
I'm trying to setup:

MAINTENANCE
1.1.2 Scheduled
Maintenance.................................................. 1-1
1.1.3 Preventative
Maintenance............................................... 1-3

What are you getting instead? What is the syntax of your TOC field (press
Alt+F9 to view it)?
