Complex IF Functions

Hi y'all.

Thanks for the info. I played with the INDEX/MATCH ideas, and can'
seem to get it.
Here's what my table looks like:
Column A: Goal Labels
Column B: Person #1
Column C: Person #2 (each person has different goals)
...
Row 2 - 6: Goals for each person
Row 13: Current amount

Ideally, the goal output field will state the goal *above* that whic
is reached with the empirical data.

So if they have, say a goal of $4000 in Goal #3, a Goal of $5000 of #4
and they have $4500 in the field, the output field would state that it'
the goal of $5000 that they're going for.

what is the exact formula you have tried and what is the exact issue
you have (error, etc.) ?. Also enter this formula as array formula with
CTRL+SHIFT+ENTER
