completely recovering from a worm

Who can help? I recently got a h worm and I have
downloaded a firewall and a anti virus program. The
programs have cleaned up the worm....but windows has not
yet restored my personal settings. THe program keeps on
booting me into a new users personal profile that does
not save any activity that I make. How can I get my
personal settings back?
HELP please

Try going to www.sarc.com and click on search then type
the name of the worm that infected you and try the manual
removal instructions.
