Compile error

I use Office XP Professional on XP Professional. Ever since updating with
SP-2 I have been getting a error message "compile error: autoexec". every
time I open or close Word. I can click on the OK button and work within Word
without any problems except that when I close Word I get the same error
message

Undoubtedly there is a problem with an add-in.
