Compile error in hidden module: DistMon

appear during open and close the Excel file

Yep, it is caused by a faulty addin installed by acrobat called
pdfwrite.xla.

Search your HD and remove it.
Then open Excel, choose tools, addins and locate the one that relates
to acrobat. click it and "Yes" to the question whether Excel should
remove it from the list.
