Compatir Archivo PST - Share file pst? Outlook 2002

Necesito compartir el archivo PST que utiliza mi profile de Outlook para que pueda ser utilizado a la misma ves por MS Outlook 2002 y SQL Server Agent
El problema es que si con figuro SQL Server Agent con un profile ya no me permite abrir MS Outlook, por que me dice que el archivo .pst esta siendo usado por otra aplicacion. y para que SQL Server Agent mande correos tiene que estar abierto el Outlook.

Por favor ayuda!!!
