compatible programs to work with pictures?

Could you be more specific on exactly what you want to do with your
pictures?

Do you want to edit/enhance them?
Do you ant to make calanders/greeting cards etc etc?
Do you want to organize/catalog and view them?
Do you want to be able to post them to a online web service?

There are many picture /photo software packages that work with Vista
which are either Freeware,shareware or you have to buy. All of which
can do anything from basic tasks to a whole suite of things.


I am not familiar with Picture it.

I personally use Paint Shop Pro XI to edit photos and ACDSee 9 to
view and organize them. Both of which work fantastic with Vista.
