Compatibility question

Hi!
I run quite a few applications in dBASE IV and QuickBasiv 4.5
A long time ago, it was said that these would not run under Vista.
But now no one seems to know!

Will these programmes run under Vista?

(They now run, with some adjustments, under Windows XP Home)

I would be willing to bet they won't. You'll want to get a copy of Virtual
PC free from Microsoft, run Windows XP in a virtual PC, and run them there
to avoid problems.

or even better run freedos or msdos on virtual pc to make sure there 100%
compatabile

Support for all 16-bit (DOS based) applications has been removed from Vista.
