Compatibility mode & colors

I have a spreadsheet that I am working on in Excel 2007 but in compatibility
mode. Problem is that when I open it in 2003 the colors are all different and
it looks different than in 2007. How do I work in 2007 and make sure
everything I do will look the same in excel 2000-2003?

The compatibility pack is for Office 2003 users so they can open 2007 files.
I use Office 2007 to create custom spreadsheets for users all over the place
and don't expect them to have installed this. I got a complaint from a user
that the colors look all messy in my spreadsheets.

I thought using compatibility mode in 2007 would make everything compatible
in 2003. It does--to some extent. While my users can open the file fine, it
looks really different especially when it comes to colors.

I really need to be able to use 2007 so that it will look exactly the same
over previous office editions. I want to limit what functions/colors/features
it shows me that are only compatible with previous editions. How?

Thanks, again.

Someone else will need to help you with that if they have already
decided to take the route you have. We took the other route as the 2003
and earlier versions are moving to the unsupported arena.
