Comparison between ISDN Router and ISA Server?

I'd appreciate if anyone can help me in comparing between ISDN router and ISA server for internet connection inside a network of 10 stations with 1 SQL program server. I need the sharing to function very well in voice and everything.

Compare a ISDN router to ISA server? In what regards? ISA provides firewall,
secure NAT and proxy services. An ISDN router routes across an ISDN
connection. Specifically what are you looking for??
