Comparing two spreadsheets to analyze changes

I am needing to compare two spreadsheets - one for the previous month and one
for the current month. I need to find the unique IDs that are new in the
current month's file and also find those who had more than a $25000
difference from the previous file and so are on both files.

This is easxy but I need a few answers

1) The column for the ID's
2) The Column for the Amount
3) Worksheet names for both previous and current month.
4) Where do you want the macro to go. In a seperate workbook or in one of
the two workbooks with the data
5) Do you want a pop up window(s) to let you select the files or are the
filenames always the same.
6) do your want the results highlighted or placed on a new worksheet. You
can highlight the differences in the new month worksheet with using two
colors (one color for new IDs, and one for th ediferences). Or you could put
the results on two different worksheets in a new workkbook.
