Comparing several numbers

I have my drop list going....if statements, etc to
calculate the number of wins for our football pool....now
Im down to the last part but I cant figure out how to
compare the total wins for each person, take the highest
one, and have the spreadsheet display the cell where the
persons name is'

HELP!!!
Im using Excel 2002

I figured out how to display the higest number from
several and display the winner using NESTED IF
statements......nut now my problem is what if there is a
tie???? ANy suggestions??
