comparing columns in two workbooks

someone may be able to help, may not.

My problem is this:

I've been given two spraedsheets with employee info on. I have to lis
the employees that do not appear on both sheets. How can I compare th
two sheets by way of the employeeID to produce a report on who'
missing from both? Any help more than gratefully recieved..
