Compare 2 columns if match insert data from 3rd col into new col

From your terse description, it sounds like you are trying to store a
calculated value. If so, don't (it is rarely necessary in a well-normalized
relational database).

If you provide more (specific) information, the 'group readers may be able
to offer more (specific) suggestions...

I have two Excel files. In both they have a column called Enterprise No.
One file also has a field called FSE. What I want to do is add the FSE data
to the file that did not contain it originally, matching the Enterprise #.
 
Is this an Access question (Microsoft Access, relational database)?
