Compare 2 columns and prints what not equal

I have 2 tables and am trying to compare the 2 tables and print information
where the 2 do not equal each other. Table1 has a field rqstNo and table 2
has request, so I build a query and joined the 2 tables where equal, but I
need to get infor where both are not equal

Please help!
