Does anyone have a template that can be used to store company secretarial
information?

That's a very vague yet also very narrow description. The information which
one company might keep about secretaries would probably be altogether
different than what some other company might keep!

I've never heard of such a template, and in any case I'd be more inclined to
build a database from scratch than struggle to adapt a template which would
probably have been built for some other set of requirements.

Or, it might be a database for storing the government-required reports of
the Secretary of a Company, which may well vary even more. I am Secretary
of a company chartered in a state which, fortunately, has minimal reporting
requirements... my database is a hanging folder in a file drawer.
