Company hard drive deloyment question.

I was wondering how these big companies like dell and gateway put the
images on all the drives that go into thier pc's.? Do they have big
image machies that do each drive as it comes in or what?

Yes.

There are devices available that will allow you to copy one disk image
to a dozen or more hard drives simultaneously.
