Compact Framework

Hello.
I'm using MS Visual Studio .NET 2003 and MS Framework V1.1.
Must I install any additional tools for developing device applications?
Does Framework V1.1 include Compact Framework?

If you have Visual Studio 2003 Professional Edition or higher (e.g.
Enterprise) then you have the tools required. Smart Device Programmability
is an optional component during installed (although it is selected by
default). If you don't have the option of starting a new Smart Device
project in the New project dialog you may need to go to Add Remove programs
in the Windows Control panel and modify Visual Studio setup to include this
set of functionality.
