Compact and repair runtime database

My accounting program installed Access 2002 runtime version (OFFICE10) but
the program won't allow me to compact and repair since I upgraded to the
Office 2003 programs. The accounting program is working fine except for this
glitch. What do I do??
 
How does it not "allow you to compact and repair?" Do you receive an error
message?
 
Microsoft offers (or used to) a utility called JETCOMP.exe that will compact
and repair an Access DB. Check their download file web site.
