Compact and Repair macro

Hi,

I have set up a macro to compact and repair an Access 1997
database that works fine. Now I'm trying to get the macro
to work w/the Acess 2000 version of the '97 database and
the compact and repair macro isn't working. I've checked
to make sure I haven't misspelled something in the string
that the macro passes to the function, but it's still not
working ... HELPPPP PLEASE!!!!!

I get the following message:
"Operation is not supported for this type of object."

What am I doing wrong????

Diana,

I don't know what you are doing wrong, because I don't know what you
are doing. Please give details of the macro, and what event it runs
on.
