Common pst to all user (read only)

Hi,

In our company all users are copying similar set of documents to their
respective pst on a regular basis. This is wasting everybodies time, money
and energy. If we could synochronise these efforts by keeping a common pst
in common drive within the network and providing access to one person to
write and whenever required all users can access (read only). How this can
be done... please help.

Pst-files are not designed for this. If you use Exchange, you can use a
Public Folder for this. If you have at least 1 Windows Server running 2003
or higher, you can also use Windows SharePoint Services which comes with the
Windows Server license.
