Common Calendering, Contacts and Mail Folders

Is there any way to achieve Common Calendering, Contacts and Mail Folders with anything other than an Exchange server. I'm using an IMail server and it has calendering that will send down info but not back up from all of the Outlook clients

Help....
 
if you use imap to connect to it, you can use the insightconnector.
