comment indicator color

I know this has been asked before, but all references I
find online are at least two years old, so I don't know
what new information is available. In Excel 2002, is
there any new patch or add-on that allows me to change the
color of the comment indicator? I'm refering to the
actual little red triangle in the corner of the cell, not
the font or background color of the comment.

If not, is that functionality available in later versions
of the software?
