Comment Box Keeps Showing

I have a spreadsheet that keeps showing a comment in one
of the cells when ever I go there. If I right click to get
I do not get the delete comment option, and cannot edit. I
can ony insert new comments. It's as if it is not a
comment. How can I get rid of this box. Thanks very much.

It sounds like a Data Validation message. Have a look there.
