CommandBars Temporary not working

With Application.CommandBars(1).Controls.Add(Temporary:=True) doe not
work. It has worked, but not now. Any suggestions?

Program put an Icon on CommandBar, close worksheet & Icon would be
removed, but reappear when reactivated. Now It stays there on command
Bar & another appears again and again and again. I was fooling around
with wingdings, not instaslled, & other add-in, again not installed.
Maybe!
