Hello,

I am trying to enable/disable several buttons on my own command bar.
The enabling/disabling works but the graphics of the buttons do not
change to the enabled/disabled state.

Is there a way to force a repaint/refresh of the commandbar buttons?
If I manually force a repaint (e.g. minmizing Outlook and then
maximizing it), the bitmaps are displayed with the correct enabled
state.

I am using Outlook 2003 with a COM-Addin on Win 2000+SP3.

Thanks in advance,
Irene
p.s. I saw a similar post (access newsgroup), which suggested the
toggling of the 'Visible' property. This worked, but there was way
too much flicker associated with it.

Visible or switching folders and back again are the ways to go.
